Serein Architecture is an architecture and design studio with studios in London and New York. This policy explains how we handle personal information shared with us through this website.

When you send a project enquiry we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address and, optionally, your phone number and organisation, together with information about your project and any reference files you attach.

We do not use advertising cookies. Visits to the published site are measured with privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count pages and visits without identifying you.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to discuss your project and, if we work together, to deliver it. We do not sell your information, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list.

Enquiries are delivered to the studio by email. These internal notification emails may record when they are opened, so that we can make sure every enquiry has been seen.

Enquiries are stored securely by our website provider. Reference files are kept privately and are never published on the website. We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed to respond and to keep sensible business records.

Depending on where you live, including under UK and EU data protection law and US state privacy laws, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Contact either of our studios and we will respond promptly.
